Attendance and Participation

Completion of a development activity is dependent upon a satisfactory evaluation as well as attendance for all training hours. Please note that award of continuing education hours in any class is based on the instructor’s judgment that the professional is competent.

Behavior, Safety and Inclusion

Professionals are expected to be sober, clean, safe and respectful of others and the instructor. Any person not meeting these requirements will be asked to leave the development activity and will not be refunded.

Iron Bird does not and shall not discriminate, nor allow discrimination to take place in classes, on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status.

Payments, Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds

Iron Bird plans and schedules development activities as requested. Meetings can be rescheduled at the earliest mutual convenience of those participating when requested a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Payment terms will be agreed upon in advance and are therefore non-refundable. In the rare event that Iron Bird must cancel or reschedule due to reasons other than extreme weather or sickness, professionals will have the choice to be refunded or to reschedule.

Iron Bird is not responsible for any monies spent in preparation for travel to and from professional development activities.
