I use tools from the Thai medical tradition to work with clients managing chronic and acute conditions and those who want to use bodywork and everyday wellness habits as preventative health and treatment tools.
At the beginning of every session, I assess each client and treat according to their unique situation and needs.
I started my practice in 2008, studying with several different teachers along the way, including specialized training in Thailand and Argentina.
Each year, I continue my commitment to ongoing study with my primary teachers, for whom I offer endless gratitude for their support, commitment and knowledge and for their guidance in developing practices to support my own health and the health of others.
I completed bodywork training at the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB) in San Diego, California; the Soma Institute in Buckley, Washington; and The Naga Center, LLC in Portland, Oregon, where I am an affiliated instructor.
Additionally, I have over 300 hours of yoga teacher training from Asheville Yoga Center in Asheville, North Carolina and training in Reusi Dat Ton, a system of movement, self-care and breathing practices from which Thai bodywork evolved.
I look forward to working with you!

Isla is Jessica’s 11-year-old dog who visits the studio on occasion. She was by Jessica’s side for several cross-country road trips and while she completed yoga teacher training, massage school and many other trainings. She is a calm and supportive presence and has been the recipient of much massage and bodywork herself. She loves to receive massage and treats, to play, to swim and to snuggle above all else.
