I am a Thai bodywork specialist using assessment and treatment tools from a Thai medical tradition to help people with various acute and chronic conditions, or who want to use bodywork and everyday wellness habits as preventative health and treatment tools.
I started my practice in 2008, studying with several different teachers along the way, including specialized training in Thailand and Argentina.
Each year, I continue my commitment to ongoing study with my primary teachers, for whom I offer endless gratitude for their support, commitment and knowledge and for their guidance in developing practices to support my own health and the health of others.
I completed bodywork training at the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB) in San Diego, California; the Soma Institute in Buckley, Washington; and The Naga Center, LLC in Portland, Oregon, where I am an affiliated instructor.
Additionally, I have over 300 hours of yoga teacher training from Asheville Yoga Center in Asheville, North Carolina and training in Reusi Dat Ton, a system of movement, self-care and breathing practices from which Thai bodywork evolved.
I look forward to working with you!
